What a clean costs
Every price includes two cleaners, all supplies and equipment, and travel anywhere in our four towns. Start with the price for a one bedroom, one bathroom home, then add your extra rooms. Prices are before 13% HST.

A 3 bed, 2.5 bath house is $195 a visit on the weekly plan and $207 on the biweekly plan. Every plan starts with a deep clean at the regular price, so each visit after that is upkeep. You can pause or stop with two business days' notice.

Items marked Deep are added in a deep clean. Items marked Move are added in a move-in or move-out clean, which also includes everything marked Deep.
After a renovation
A post-renovation clean covers the whole move clean checklist, done twice. The first pass lifts the dust and the second cleans what's underneath. We also vacuum out the vents and wipe inside light fixtures. We don't haul away debris or scrape off paint, so ask your contractor to clear the rooms first.

Two cleaners work through the plan
They start upstairs and finish in the kitchen, following the checklist for your clean. A standard clean of a 3 bed, 2.5 bath house takes about three hours.
You look it over
If something on the checklist was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and fix it at no charge.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes. We bring everything, including a HEPA vacuum, microfibre cloths, a steam mop and our own products. If you'd like us to use unscented products, or something you already have, tell us when you book and we'll leave ours in the van.
Is it okay if my pets are home?
Of course. Tell us about them when you book. We keep doors and gates the way you left them, and we won't let pets outside unless you ask us to. If your dog is nervous with visitors, a crate or a closed room for a few hours is easiest for everyone. We don't clean litter boxes or pet accidents.
Are your cleaners background checked and insured?
Yes. Everyone who cleans for us is our own employee, not a subcontractor, and passes a police background check before their first visit. We carry liability insurance, and if anything gets broken we'll tell you the same day and make it right.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Give us two business days' notice and there's no charge. With less notice we charge $50, because we usually can't fill the spot. If we arrive and can't get in, we charge half the price of the clean.
Do I need to be home? What happens with my key?
Most of our clients aren't home. You can give us a key, a lockbox code or a door code. Keys are tagged with a number instead of your address and kept in a locked key safe at our office. We text you when we arrive and again when we lock up.
Should I tidy up before you come?
A quick pick-up of toys, clothes and papers helps, because the time goes into cleaning instead of moving things. You don't need to clean anything first. We'll load the dishwasher, but we don't wash sinkfuls of dishes or do laundry.
